Yesterday Joel & I made ultimate chocolate chip cookies (with peanut butter) together. Elianna was napping so I figured it was the perfect time to have a nice relaxed time letting him do most of the pouring, scooping, and stirring. He loved it! He was a delight to work with, making all sorts of excited, positive comments and even complimenting me once that I was doing a good job! So it was a fun bonding moment for us. And, well, the movie is the sweet ending of a great first baking lesson.
