We had a lot of fun while Grandma Susan and Auntie Jess were visiting here for a week. The Tulip Festival in La Conner was the main attraction. Made it to Roozengarde and Tulip Town. We met up with my aunt & uncle and caught up a little. We were so blessed to have great weather the first 5 days. We also took time to paint some ceramics in Oak Harbor at Paint Your World. Mom made a yellow mug, Jess a green lidded box, Joel (another) speedboat bank, and I made a striped napkin holder (since my pretty one from Italy got broken last year by a cute lil baby who pulled the tablecloth off!). We had a great dinner at Rock Fish Grill in Anacortes and ended our meal (later that night at home) with some guilty pleasures from The Donut House! I enjoyed relaxing with good company. The kids were very blessed to have so much love and quality time from Grandma & Auntie. Elianna was full of happy chatter and Joel loved having an audience, people to play games and do puzzles with. We were not ready for them to go by the end of our week together, but are looking forward to a fun summer ND visit in a few months.
