Updated Pics of Micah's Nursery & His First Bed
| Finished look of the changing table! Loving all the storage and how it fits so neatly together. |
| John found a bookshelf for $20 at a local estate sale last week! Ample storage for books 'n toys now! |
| just another view... |
| Micah's first bed! A friend of a friend blessed us with this Pooh bassinet this week. It is in great, gentle used condition...just a broken mobile, which really isn't necessary to a newborn! Now we have to figure out where to squeeze it into our little room!!! |

His First Room
| A sweet friend blessed us with a changing table and John found this great dresser at a local estate sale a couple months ago. |
| We have all of Joel's crib bedding for Micah (thanks Eric & Theresa!) in a crib I bought used from a dear friend. I love the how the colors coordinate so well! Just wish we had resources to paint it a cool shade of green or tan and get new carpet! |
| We have the changing pad up in our room for now, so I just put a little traveling waterproof changing pad on here for now. I love the JJ Cole organization boxes in light blue(= Got a days worth of cloth diaper stashed in the middle one for when he gets to be around 10lbs! My guess is he'll be able to wear most of these by the time he's around 2-3 months... |
| "God saw all that He had made, and it was very good." I bought this decoration/peg shelf from Dayspring when I was only 4 or 5 months along. I love Really Woolly stuff for babies!!! Totally sweet and frivolous, since I know by the time he's 3 or 4 it will be too babyish to stay in his room! lol |

33 Weeks and Counting!
| Feeling pretty good at this point...just a little weary/tired during the day...can't imagine why lol?! From my lowest weight during my pregnancy to my weight now, I've gained about 20 lbs...15 lbs from pre-pregnancy calculations. Micah is a mover and a shaker most days...you can really SEE his each and every movement (he often moves several parts of his body at the same time too) when you watch my belly...I'm encouraging John to get to the gym NOW so at least HE can keep up with Micah once he comes into the world!!! We've started to get his room put together over the last week and moved Ellie into Joel's room. They do pretty well sharing the space thankfully. |
